Thank you to everyone who signed the petition, started by public housing resident Elena, calling for the Labor Government to stop the demolition and privatisation of Victoria’s 44 public housing towers. 

We have handed in the petition to Parliament, this now forces a special debate in Victorian Parliament on Wednesday 11 September 2024 at 5.30pm.

This debate is your chance to hear from the Labor Government as they try to justify their plan to demolish the towers.
